OUR ETHOS - SONGS
UPLOAD RECORDS focus only on signing 'complete' artists. For us its all about the song with artists who can write, sing and play their own Original material...artists who are focused on the music and not the fame or the lifestyle...When an artist approaches our label they need to have already put a strong body of work together. At least two-three albums worth - not just a few tracks of material. The songs themselves need to be complete in their composition, regardless of production quality.
For us, its not about how good you are live or how big your online presence is. We only look for bands, artists, singer/songwriters with great songs, that can pull you and hook you instantly. If you can do that, then we can do the rest.

MAJOR LABEL AND MINOR LABELS
The internet is awash with thousands of independent labels and independent artists, so if there's a good song out there, it can get swamped and remain unheard. Upload Records recognise that we need to build and maintain good relationships with the major labels. The major labels get the- CONTENT that they want. We get TO BE HEARD. It's a mutual symbiosis.
